Products and Pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph the journal accurately. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors, including canceling and refunding orders placed at an incorrect price.
Orders and Payment
Payment is collected at checkout through our third-party payment providers. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel and refund any order at our discretion — for example, if stock runs out or we suspect fraud.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Items marked as pre-order or backorder ship when the next printing is ready. Estimated timing shown on the product page is our best estimate, not a guarantee. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships (see our Refund and Returns Policy).
Shipping
Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier’s responsibility, though we will help you track down a delayed or lost package.

Intellectual Property
The Monument Journal — including its text, prompts, design, and branding — is protected by copyright. Purchasing a journal gives you the right to personal use; it does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, or resell its content.

If you create an account or post a review, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, fraudulent, or spam.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.
